Privacy notice

Lutra Pool is a brand of neurendal bv, based in Harlingen, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 42162728). We handle your data with care and collect no more than necessary.

What we collect

Only what you enter yourself in the contact form or in an e-mail to us: your name, phone number, e-mail address, the subject and your message. We also record the language in which you viewed the site.

What for

Solely to contact you and answer your question and, should an assignment follow, to carry it out. The legal basis is your own request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or advertising services. Fonts and images are served from our own server. Like any web server, ours keeps a log of visits, including the IP address, the browser and the page visited. We use this only to count visitors and to trace faults, and it is deleted automatically after 30 days. The form uses an invisible arithmetic puzzle against spam, without cookies and without third-party services.

How long

Messages sent via the form reach us by e-mail. We keep them for as long as needed for our contact with you, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless we have an agreement with you. We keep a copy of e-mails sent to our info address for a maximum of 30 days as a safeguard.

Who else processes data

The site, the form and e-mail run on Amazon Web Services. Your data is stored in the European Union (Ireland and Frankfurt). AWS acts as a processor. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Security

All connections to this site are encrypted. Only we have access to the messages you send.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or erase your data, or object to its use. E-mail info@lutrapool.com or call +31 6 83 49 53 21. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority).
